The new AC/DC album is available at Wal-Mart store in North America and off of AC/DC’s Official web site.
AC/DC the hard rock band most known for their album Back In Black is back again with an all new album Black Ice.
As being a AC/DC fan I went and bought their new CD Black Ice. I looked forward that day to bringing it home and ripping it into iTunes. Having not heard much from their new album I popped it into the disc drive and clicked play. I as I listened to the songs I noticed that they had a little different sound than they did 8 years ago.
I played through the CD countless times. Not once did I hear a song that was as raw, that had the same sexual influence as did all their other albums. The distinct noticeable influences are there, but aren’t as distinct as older songs. The sound of the album isn’t quite the same either. In my words I would describe it as a mellower sound. But not too mellow.
All in all AC/DC’s Black Ice is great album and is certainly a different musical direction than AC/DC fans are used to. But this this musical direction fits in.
